Panagiotis Sgouras was born in Athens, Greece. He has obtained a law degree from London Metropolitan University and an LLM with distinction from The City Law School of London on International Commercial Law with specialisation on competition law.

He has been a member of the Bar Association of Piraeus since June 2016.

Panagiotis has wide experience in commercial, civil, corporate and competition. He specialises in banking, finance and consumer protection law, having undertaken many cases regarding compensation claims and the regulation and debt-discharge of over-indebted debtors and acts for individuals and co-operations acting in the commerce sector. He also regularly acts for buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions and has handled cases concerning the granting of Golden Visas.

Panagiotis is also a volunteer for the consumer protection organization “Quality of Life – E.K.POI.ZO.” and has participated in numerous international conferences and meetings regarding the promotion of consumer protection law.

He is fluent in Greek and English.
